Party On submitted by Meginator on June 27, 2018, 7:07pm Andrew W.K. is nothing if not earnest, and this album’s fundamental message of embracing the good and bad as necessary parts of life is woven throughout. Musically, the tracks are a mix of upbeat party anthems heavy on synthesized sounds and more ponderous, piano-based ballads, all with powerful lyrics that are sorely needed in trying times. Andrew W.K. seems by all indications to be a stand-up dude, and this album is further proof of that.
