COMMUNITY REVIEWS
Apparently I Wasn't Listening to the Radio When These Came Out submitted by Meginator on August 26, 2020, 4:43pm I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the songs on this installment of Now That’s What I Call Music, and while that doesn’t always mean I won’t like the album I didn’t find much that stuck out. The compilation does have a good mix of moods and genes, but while each song feels good enough in the moment few stand out afterwards, leaving me with a dull overall impression. The What’s Next artists fit right in with the established hits, for better and for worse. This album has a few gems and surprises, but seems to reflect a forgettable period in pop radio.
