Die Nibelungen: Originally released as two separate features, Siegfried and Kriemhild's revenge. Siegfried establishes larger-than-life heroic characters who are defined by tests of valor and rigid codes of honor. In order to win the hand of Kriemhild, Siegfried must win a bride for her brother, King Gunther. Kriemhild's Revenge begins after the death of Siegfried, and weaves the treacherous tale of his widow's ungodly vengeance upon his murderers. The noble qualities of the first film become liabilities in the second, as the blood oaths and vows of loyalty bring about a maelstrom of violence that results in the slaughter of entire armies. 2011 restoration.
Spies: An undercover agent is assigned to topple the head of an elaborate criminal empire. 2004 restoration.
Dr. Mabuse, the gambler: Dr. Mabuse, a gambler, hypnotist, master of disguises, and all-around criminal mastermind, tries to take over Berlin. 2000 restoration.
Destiny: "A young woman confronts the personification of Death in an effort to restore life to her dead fiancé. Death agrees to reunite the lovers, if the girl can divert the pre-ordained romantic tragedy in one of three exotic episodes"--Fritz Lang booklet.
Spiders: In quest of Incan gold and the precious "Buddha's head" diamond, an adventurer must contend with an organization of criminal spies known as The Spiders, who will employ any form of treachery, including murder, to snatch the artifacts from his possession.
Woman in the moon: Dramatizes the first lunar expedition, grounded in state-of-the-art astrophysics. 2000 restoration.
Four around the woman: "A society woman must navigate through a complex web of criminal and emotional intrigues"--Fritz Lang booklet.
Harakiri: A Japanese woman falls in love with a European officer "and marries him, but after a few months he has to return to Europe. She gives birth to a child and is waiting for him, while he marries in Europe. When he comes back to Japan four years later, he is accompanied by his European wife"--IMDb
Wandering shadow: In the wake of a sex scandal a woman seeks solitude in the Bavarian Alps where she is continually haunted by her past but stumbles upon a chance of redemption. 2013 restoration.
Plague of Florence: "Suddenly appearing in Florence, an evil seductress causes Cesare, the city's ruler, and his son to both fall madly in love with her. The son, killing his father before an order to torture the woman can be carried out, then turns the city's churches into dens of sexual debauchery. Acts of evil and corruption continue unabated until the arrival of Death, who brings with her a horrible plague which she is about to loose upon the city"--IMDb. 2014 restoratiion.
