Good writer submitted by jcottey on July 3, 2018, 3:02pm If you only read this book by Laura Lippman, you will enjoy the interesting plot and characters and excellent writing. I’ve read all of the aurthor’s books, and this one didn’t hold my attention as much as some others. It took me a while to read because I wasn’t called to stay up reading it until 2 AM. I think I am getting a bit worn down by Lippman’s books being so sad and depressing of late, full of characters who are bad people. I’m hoping for something different in her next outing.
