Thought provoking submitted by Zekicmom on August 23, 2018, 7:42pm I would recomend "Blue Dreams" to anyone who has ever taken a psychotropic drug, known someone who has, or is just interested in their history and development. Lauren Slater has written a very informative book in a very readable way. She has included case studies and stories of patients, as well as speaking incredibly honestly about her own struggles with mental health and the long term effects of the treatments she has tried. This is one of those books that will stay with me for a long time.
