COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Artistic, accurate, sad submitted by Duckling on June 15, 2020, 12:41am This movie is beautifully made, the art is just stunning. And the characters are lovable. It's one of my favorites now. I think if you have any interest in World War two you will like this movie. It shows a family in Japan learning how to live with the war effort going on. It does get very sad but this is a movie on the topic of war and loss is a big part of war. Because of the theme and accuracy of this film I would let older children watch it but not children you wouldn't want to discuss the hardship of war with.
