Great Music. submitted by tbbrown76 on June 16, 2014, 10:15pm A must have album for EJ fans.

'fantastic' is right submitted by emilyb308 on July 31, 2020, 3:24pm One of the best Elton John albums! Every song is good, and they work so well together; some of his albums can seem like a bunch of random songs cobbled together, but this one feels consistent and intentional (up until the bonus tracks, at least). Lyrically there's a lot of reflection on Elton and Bernie's relationship, on the creative process, on success/fame and the cost and the consequences. The self-titled opening track is amazing. Someone Saved My Life Tonight is one of the greatest songs they've ever made. Gotta Get A Meal Ticket is super fun to dance to. We All Fall in Love Sometimes/Curtains combined make for a lovely conclusion. And we get Philadelphia Freedom as a bonus track, which is awesome. Definitely worth the listen.
