Each year, Rabbit plays Easter Bunny, but this year, he's decided its Spring Cleaning Day, and he orders everyone to hop to it: scrubbing, dusting, and mopping. All his pals are disappointed, especially little Roo, until Rabbit learns that putting others first and showing friends how much you care turns every day into a precious gift. Sparkling with unforgettable songs, it is a delightful egg-stravaganza that shows why love, hope and friendship are always in full bloom in the Hundred Acre Wood!
DVD, NTSC, region 1, Dolby Digital.

COMMUNITY REVIEWS

A Hidden Classic submitted by Daniel Borton on July 7, 2017, 10:52pm I've long enjoyed Winnie the Pooh books, computer games, and films, but when I discovered this title in the AADL catalog, it was unfamiliar to me. I tracked it down, took it home, and watched it promptly, and I am glad that I did. I'm admittedly biased in favor of anything related to Winnie the Pooh, yet I was surprised at the sheer brilliance that characterized this particular film. The characters, aside from the more-grouchy-than-usual Rabbit, are as whimsical as ever, with Tigger in particular serving up quite a few quips and surprising us all with his knowledge that 'onomatopoeia' is a word. Building an Easter movie on the framework of Dickens' Christmas Carol was a bold and risky move and it was executed to near-perfection. The increased role of the narrator could have easily become corny and cheesy, but instead it only added to the film's charm. The interaction between Rabbit and Tigger, as well as the relationship between Rabbit and Roo, receive special emphasis. I highly recommend this film and I suspect that almost any Winnie the Pooh fan will love it.

Good submitted by VanCancue on July 29, 2018, 4:47pm This was a colorful and cheerful movie. As much as I love Winnie the pooh some of the episodes can be quite dull. This one included a lesson to learn.
