Great Composer submitted by jibkidder on June 17, 2022, 10:47pm Simon Jeffes is a great composer and all of his records are compelling in some way. Not surprising that Eno released his early one. This is way better than a lot of pop composition by music school grads that would follow, e.g. The Rachels. In a way it is kinda Steve Reich minimalism but is willing to accept that such a thing is basically pop music.
