COMMUNITY REVIEWS

o.k submitted by Cayla on July 25, 2018, 7:39pm This album is good, but i like her old songs better.

Not great submitted by zmclaugh on August 2, 2018, 5:52pm I don't really like this new style.

Some Gems But Not My Favorite submitted by dntanzer on August 31, 2018, 4:47pm This is an "edgy" version of Taylor's music, but comes off very..... victim-blamey. It's cringeworthy to listen to how some of her songs blame other people for making her do things, etc. etc. That said, there is a song or two I like on this album.

Reputation submitted by Varshini on July 3, 2019, 10:54pm This album is kind of controversial...It's not that bad in my opinion, but I think her old style was better.

catchy submitted by umich.reader on June 17, 2022, 7:02pm Great album. A lot of my favorite Taylor songs come from Reputation.

Fell in love with this over time submitted by bookasaurusray on July 27, 2022, 5:02pm But definitely hated it at first

Maybe her best album? submitted by PeachLily on August 10, 2022, 2:00pm Didn't like it when it came out but now I understand it and think it's so cool and a great departure from "old Taylor"

different and great submitted by Fun reading101 on August 17, 2022, 7:02pm While it is different from her other albums, I really enjoyed these songs because they were very upbeat. I also enjoyed the lyrics.

Good submitted by Abbie D. on August 22, 2022, 10:05am Love her music!!

Love this! submitted by jessiebailey on June 15, 2023, 1:40pm We have been listening to this on repeat after attending Taylor's concert last week! We love it!

great album submitted by rtracy on July 11, 2023, 12:26pm danceable and vulnerable at the same time, some of the best pop music of the 2010s

Grew on Me! Now I think it's AMAZING! submitted by ewraback on July 13, 2023, 9:28pm Originally, when she came back to the spotlight, I did not like this album. Especially releasing "Look What you Made Me Do" as her first single, since she seemed to talk-sing too much. But now, many years later, this album has grown on me. It is very sexy and romantic. This comes through in her lyrics, the music, and the general production of the album. This definitely signaled a change in her music (leading into Lover).
