Moondog-He stood on Wall Street dressed in cape, sort of skull cap and Viking horns on his head submitted by ccrose on August 6, 2019, 9:08pm But his music was no joke. One of those people who is profoundly gifted and determinedly strange. He was around on New York streets for years but he had friendships with other norm-busting artists, particularly Martha Graham the dancer/ choreographer who asked for music for her non traditional barefoot dances . I think he went to Juilliard.
I like this album a lot. I can still hear opening notes for some of these.
Who asked for music for her modern dances.
