On a quiet city block in the coastal city of Recife, ruled by an aging patriarch and his sons, a recent spate of petty crime has rattled the nerves of the well-to-do residents. When a mysterious security firm is brought in to watch over the neighborhood, it sparks the fears and anxieties of a divided society still haunted by its past.

Very good submitted by jibkidder on June 28, 2022, 11:29pm Very compelling film manages to eschew basically everything, never becoming the comedy, drama or thriller it almost is, never even really just being "slice of life" realism, a web strung together to generate a buzzing hum of unresolved tension.

What an uninteresting, repulsive loser. Ugly actors saying utterly insignificant things. UNWATCHABLE. submitted by Tassos on January 23, 2023, 8:35am What a fugly movie. Not only is the Portugese language terribly sounding (much worse than Spanish And Much, much worse than Italian or French), ugly actors fill this movie with utterly pedestrian talk. WHY THE HELL would ANYBODY be interested to see these boring losers????
