Now That's What I Call Music! 56 submitted by Varshini on July 11, 2019, 10:41pm I didn't really like the country or rock music, but everything else was alright.

Maybe I Missed the Memo on This One submitted by Meginator on August 26, 2020, 4:37pm This particular Now That’s What I Call Music compilation felt unusually one-note to me. Listening to the album a few years after its songs were most popular, I recognized most of them, but few seem to have had any staying power. Similar vocal styles and electronic effects make the songs seem to bleed into one another, though this does make the few tracks that stand out seem even better by comparison. This album is buoyed somewhat by its inclusion of a few rock songs in its second half, but even these (mostly) don’t represent these artists’ best work. Overall, this addition to the long-running series is a good time capsule, as all of them are, but it’s otherwise generally forgettable.
