Fun and Feminist Country Music submitted by Meginator on June 20, 2018, 12:38pm Kacey Musgraves has an excellent sense of humor and a voice that carries the humor in each of the songs on this album. She often tends toward the tongue-in-cheek, but there’s deep meaning in a lot of the lyrics, and her overall message is a very positive one, and one that is unapologetically, yet gently, feminist. This album is full of country music at its storytelling finest.
