Interesting submitted by kimberlina on July 2, 2012, 9:55am The information presented was interesting if a little too scientific for me. It did make me rethink our current educational system. The audiobook reinforced the idea of working hard and being in the right place at the right time.

Eh submitted by kittenkat101 on July 3, 2012, 3:57pm Some of the concepts were interesting, but it was a bit heavy handed and not very engaging.

Work submitted by Judeyblu on August 21, 2015, 7:09am There are few flukes, success does not come easily nor is it overnight.
In pretty much every case there are outside factors that contribute, or else it is dedicated work towards the goal.
If I were a sports coach, I would read and then reread the lessons from the hockey teams- what an edge to assembling a winning team: When is your birthday?

worth your time submitted by pamhockey25 on July 31, 2017, 12:30pm I have listened to this book more than once because I enjoy hearing the author, Malcolm Gladwell's, theories so much. I like that the book is read by the author because then the book is told in the way the writer intended. I find the information that the author presents compelling. The theory is that so much is rooted to not only where you come from, but when you come from there. Gladwell explores the Beatles, Bill Gates, as well as lawyers and airline pilots. However, there is much more to the book than what I mentioned. I would definitely recommend this book.

Super interesting! submitted by Cherrytreelane on July 29, 2018, 11:11pm I always learn new, interesting things when I read/listen to Malcolm Gladwell's books. He has such an interesting way of looking at the world, asks really intriguing questions to arrive at new insights. Reading his books is time well spent.
