Crudelyrudeandraunchy submitted by markwells on January 17, 2013, 4:49pm This is one profanity filled romp. There's a lot of potty humor in there as well. I wouldn't let my kids anywhere near this movie. Having said that, this is one funny movie that had me laughing out loud and it actually had a story. Some of the humor is tasteless to the point of being the opposite of funny, (whatever that is.) I kept waiting to be turned off to the point that I had to turn It off, but that never happened because of the genuinely funny stuff. Grade B.

Don't waste your time! submitted by LVDS on February 9, 2013, 8:40am The story of a boy who NEVER grew up. Not only can he not live without his teddy bear, they both (boy & bear) PLAY 'Men', that is if you count because you can speak vulgar words, drink and do drugs to excess and have sex.... a 'man'. Maybe if you're a college frat guy, this works. Woe to the girlfriend in this story who only enables her guy. Sorry to tell you folks, that's NOT 'love'. It's stupid trash and yes, I was stupid for watching it!
NO 'stars' deserved by this one.

ted submitted by a2sue on August 26, 2013, 6:20pm this is raunchy comedy at it's best! ted is pretty out there...

Ted submitted by SBNB on June 22, 2014, 1:29pm It's stupid. I wish I could get back the time I spent watching this.

One of the worst movies I've ever seen submitted by hisroyalsucculence on July 28, 2014, 1:49pm I was interested in this movie because it did well in theaters and because I wanted to see a movie written by Seth MacFarlane, particularly after he hosted the Oscars and was so absolutely not funny. Ted accurately reflects Seth M.'s moronic 2nd grade sense of humor. If elementary school entirely uncreative homophobic, fart, d$%k, sex, and boob jokes are funny to you then you might enjoy this. Otherwise it is an ENTIRE waste of time. I'm surprised the actors could say some of the lines with a straight face and that they agreed to star in this movie after reading the script. I'm not against crude humor, just be creative or clever with it. MacFarlane is quite literally a writer whose creativity with crude humor is the equivalent of recording a conversation between a group of the least intelligent Frat guys in a room together watching a porn movie and then using that as the basis for the film's dialogue.

Funny submitted by bwc on July 1, 2015, 6:23pm Many college students (and possibly even high school students) will find this movie to be very funny. This is sort of like Superbad or Hangover taken to a whole new level. I would recommend if extremely vulgar humor is your thing. If you enjoy this movie, then I highly recommend also watching Ted 2 in the theaters now.

funny submitted by aiden_1123 on July 25, 2015, 12:25am it was really funny laughed the whole time

dumb and crude submitted by Jackie77 on August 24, 2015, 9:35pm One of the dumbest movies i have ever watched. Complete waste of time. I wont even bother with the second one.

Silly submitted by APluss on August 13, 2023, 5:23pm As a lifelong fan of Sam J. Jones, it's great to see him get a little publicity and recognition for the awesomeness that is Flash Gordon.
