COMMUNITY REVIEWS
To the Banks of the Seine submitted by Meginator on August 27, 2022, 9:54pm This album features various interpretations on the accordion-centered bal musette that evokes the Parisian café scene, with surprising variety in style and substance. Many of the songs are classic-sounding instrumentals, but the ones with vocals translate well even if you don’t understand French. The scope of the album extends beyond the classic style and incorporates some newer influences, preventing the sound from becoming repetitive. This album is a nice way to travel to the banks of the Seine without leaving Ann Arbor.
