Babymouse discovers Squish, a new species of amoeba, while working on a school science fair project.

COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Babymouse Meets Squish submitted by camelsamba on July 4, 2012, 1:31pm Babymouse is a series of graphic novels aimed at elementary school children. Babymouse spends a lot of time daydreaming - you know she's in a daydream when the background in the drawings goes pink. In this story, it is time for the science fair, so the plot revolves around whether or not she will come through with a project.

Since we recently read Squish: Super Amoeba, I thought we should go back to the Babymouse book where he first appeared. I think I've flipped through a couple of babymouse books before (my boys have read quite a few), but never really got into them. This one is kind of cute, and you even learn a few factoids about amoeba while reading. One thing that bothered me, though: if Babymouse spends so much time daydreaming about scientific discoveries, why isn't she more interested in actually doing science?

:) submitted by waffoo2 on August 7, 2013, 6:33pm I love these cute black-white-and-PINK graphic novels! So hilarious and adorable.

Babymouse series submitted by Santiago Fiori on June 14, 2014, 3:42pm I really love the babymouse series because its a graphic novels and I personally looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove graphic novels because they are easier than most chapter books and they are like comics and again I personally looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove comics. They are like so very funny (Sometimes) and they are easier to read so you can fit much more books read in one day (Hopefully). So that wasmy review I hope you liked it andI am 9 years old. PEACE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
