Full Cast Fun submitted by JonesaL on June 26, 2016, 9:26pm This was my first experience listening to an audio book with a full cast and it was a blast! Matt was a little too goody-two shoes for my liking, but I really loved Kate with her passion for zoology and thirst for adventure. It's got everything a good adventure story needs: airships, pirates, tropical islands, and the possibility of an unknown creature lurking in clouds above. There's a tiny hint of romance, but nothing so overbearing as to become the center of the story.

teen adventure submitted by camelsamba on August 1, 2017, 8:23pm This is a great adventure story for the upper end of middle grades / young teens. My 13yo and I were quite taken with Matt and Kate. They do seem older than their years at times, but that's easy enough to ignore. There were times when I found myself thinking "another plot twist to overcome? be done with it already!" But the good guys win in the end (spoiler? :-) and the rush of good feelings beat out earlier frustrations. Maybe it could have been shorter; nevertheless, we persisted.

Interesting adventure story submitted by clucas on June 13, 2020, 9:25pm My 10 year old and I enjoyed this story. Having different actors/voices definitely helped. There are several plot twists but overall an entertaining story.
