A lighthearted story that follow the adventures of a brave young boy who, emboldened by tales of brave knights, decides to pursue the horrible dragon this is terrifying the villagers. But what he discovers is a surprisingly friendly dragon that is more interested in receiting poetry and making music than devouring fair damsels. Now the young boy will have to stop the local hero before he challenges the dragon to a fiery battle.

Collection of short films submitted by gxtan on August 9, 2018, 10:41am This DVD contains a collection of short films from Disney. Some are adaptations of written work (The Reluctant Dragon [only the animated segment of the full 1941 film is included here] and Ferdinand the Bull) or historically based (Johnny Appleseed). The short films come from a range of time periods (1940-1960) so the animation and sound quality vary accordingly. Something different from Disney's full length animated features, and a quick and enjoyable watch.
