Good for a Party Playlist submitted by Meginator on August 23, 2020, 6:40pm Little Big Town is excellent at capturing a low-key, feel-good spirit and, unsurprisingly much of this album seems ready-made for a party playlist. Drawing inspiration from traditional country, more recent pop country, and 70s pop groups like Fleetwood Mac (unexpected yet unmistakably influential here), the group writes addictive hooks and good-time lyrics that just work. I didn’t think I would like this, as the group is so overplayed on the radio, but I had a surprisingly good time listening to the album; its positive spirit is infectious.
