Ok 80s crime flick submitted by irenzero on July 1, 2013, 2:22pm A muddled and overlong film Tightrope is still an interesting film. Set in New Orleans, Eastwood is a detective investigating a series of murders involving women working in the sex industry. Eastwood's turn as a single dad, and a man facing his own kinky proclivities makes the best of a script that gets needlessly by the numbers. There are several great scene of New Orleans in the early 80s, but over all this might be for Eastwood fans rather than the casual fan.
