A daring and hilarious ensemble comedy about a close-knit circle of friends whose lives change once they have kids. The last two singles in the group observe the effect that kids have had on their friends' relationships and wonder if there's a better way to make it work. When they decide to have a child together, and date other people, their unconventional 'experiment' leads everyone in the group to question the nature of friendship, family, and, above all, true love.

Pretty Good! submitted by Beth Manuel on August 16, 2012, 3:41pm I liked this movie, but couldn't relate to the characters the way I would have when my children wee small. I thought it was a good depiction of friendships and the dynamic that having children can have on relationships. 107 minutes long was a manageable length of time. Go ahead and watch it, especially if you like John Hamm or Megan Fox.

Forgettable submitted by GJBarnett2 on August 27, 2012, 1:12pm And utterly predictable. 30-40-somethings with the maturity of teens. Mid-teens. Well done for what it is ... but it ain't much.

Do Not Waste Your Time submitted by bergerc1 on December 17, 2012, 10:31am I LOVE Kristen Wiig so I had high hopes but this movie was SO bad. Halfway through I had to turn it off, it was terribly predictable and made some seriously awful stereotypes. Maybe it got better in the 2nd half but I wasn't willing to waste any more of my time to find out.

Funny submitted by imracom on June 16, 2014, 2:26pm This is a really funny movie that is great is you have time to waste and want some good entertainment. It's not poorly made at all, although it's not meaningful either.

nopity, nope... submitted by Kikumatsu97 on July 27, 2015, 10:29am Totally missed the bar set by the casting. Bad. Just not at all even remotely interesting. Topically, has good intentions, but just falls flat. I"m afraid it just leaves you wishing you hadn't wasted the time.

Ok submitted by yenkong on August 14, 2017, 5:17pm It's ok. Light entertainment.

So so submitted by leenajong on August 14, 2017, 7:07pm OK. not that bad but could have been better.

cute movie submitted by kbahleda on June 20, 2019, 10:18am It was a very cute and funny movie. It did seem to be a bit like it was overdone

Good submitted by Whitetnchina on August 5, 2020, 3:32pm movie

One of my least favorite comedies, ever submitted by jibkidder on July 3, 2022, 11:23am This one fell completely flat for me. And I saw it when I had young kids, when I was the perfect target audience. I think this was made by Hamm's wife, if I remember correctly? Well, he has a particular look, but he is an awful actor, especially an awful comedic actor. There could be a great black comic film to be made about the subject, I'd love to see Ruben Ostland do it, for example.

It’s okay submitted by RebeccaWittekindt on August 3, 2023, 5:28pm Not a super memorable movie, even with a lot of talent in the cast. Not bad, not great, Adam Scott does a great job.
