Great cast...and it ends there. submitted by fizzleskittle on June 24, 2012, 4:38pm I love Julia Roberts and Nathan Lane, so I wanted to love this movie, but I just didn't. The story moves rather slow and the cinamatography seemed outdated.

f submitted by ftan on July 16, 2012, 2:22pm because so many snow white movies are being made recntly, i expected not to like it. however, meryl streep was in this movie so of course it was good.

FUN submitted by loving jinny on August 9, 2012, 4:17pm FUN AND FUN

funny submitted by Sierra B on August 10, 2012, 6:27pm A good play on a old fairy tale.

Sucked In By the Cast submitted by GJBarnett2 on August 27, 2012, 8:05am Why on Earth did I watch this? A total waste of time. Noteworthy only for the Groucho Marx eyebrows on Lily Collilns and the Bollywood Easter Egg in the credits. Julia Roberts must have really needed the money.

Meh submitted by yugure on November 8, 2012, 2:32pm Visually stunning but quite boring. The costumes are nice to look at, and the Bollywood dance number at the end is kind of fun, but not really worth watching the whole thing for.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! submitted by Midna on June 4, 2016, 9:37am I loved the story but I loved that one sceen when the prince is fighting Snow White and he is refuusing to fight her

No Julia, no. submitted by Kikumatsu97 on July 12, 2016, 10:00pm This movie made me realize that Julia Roberts is kind of a bad actress. I think this role demanded subtlety on the part of the wicked queen, who's demeanor is portrayed as being very cold in the original story. I don't think the whole story lends itself very well to the original, ewhich is perhaps why it is called "Mirror, Mirror", I get that it's a new take, but it feels like an almost entirely different story with some coincidentally similar things about it. Dwarves? check. Snow White? Check. Prince? Check, but the entirety of the rest of the story is invented.

Highly Stylized submitted by Meginator on August 2, 2017, 10:38am Mirror Mirror is a highly stylized retelling of the Snow White myth with a few wrinkles to appeal to a modern audience. The set and costume design is incredibly imaginative and results in a unique visual experience, even if the story itself veers into predictable waters (yes, even for a fairy tale retelling). Lily Collins is fantastic and Julia Roberts brings her own style to her portrayal of the Evil Queen, for better or worse. Mirror Mirror is plenty of fun and well-conceived, even if it isn't the strongest film in other respects.

not great submitted by kbahleda on August 10, 2018, 3:30pm Not the best snow white movie but the cast was good
