changed my life

I read this book a few years ago, by coincidence I had it checked out and started reading it a little of the way through a weight loss program that I had to do to get a part in a play. It transformed my program and it transformed me. I'll never be the same person again, I haven't eaten fast food (with the exception of Chipolte) since I've read the book and I never will.
This book has a ton of information. I don't fall in fully with all of Pollan's philosophies, some of which contradict throughout the book, but they are a great place to start. You might also like good calorie bad calorie, as well as many of the other books that Pollan references.
Will Open Your Eyes to the Link Between What You Eat and How You Feel. submitted by sVfGI7Glt2pz7GZgVB90 on August 19, 2020, 10:34pm Calls in to question our association with one of the most quintessential – yet under-considered – sources of life: the food we eat. Pollan scrutinizes our food sources to expose a lack of biodiversity, cultural apathy, and a broken political system.
