Brilliant trivia whiz Paul is great at answering little questions but horrible at answering the big ones - like what's he going to do after grad school. When his father withdraws his funding, Paul is forced to confront his future and much-procrastinated dissertation deadline until he discovers the First Annual Ann Arbor Pub Trivia Tournament. When he and teammate get a shot at the championship at the exact same time his dissertation is due, Paul's course of action is not quite as trivial. Includes bonus features.
DVD; Dolby Digital 5.1; widescreen.

COMMUNITY REVIEWS

best movie ever submitted by lawrencekl57 on January 12, 2012, 6:01pm I'm someone who goes to a couple of movies a week, and this is my very favorite one. I'm an Ann Arbor lover, and this movie has captured its essence.

Eh submitted by emjane on August 22, 2012, 10:46pm While it's fun to see so many familiar locations in this movie, the film itself is disappointing. The characters and their actions just weren't believable. Still worth the watch for Ann Arbor residents, but don't expect to love the story.

okay submitted by fairytale on August 24, 2012, 8:05pm I thought the story was so-so, but it was definitely fun to see lots of Ann Arbor in the movie!

Not Very Good submitted by Cami K on August 29, 2012, 7:29pm If you want to see Ann Arbor, you'd be better off just traveling here instead of wasting your time watching this movie. The plot wasn't very good and there were many slow spots. A trivia challenge should be exciting but this movie spent more time focusing on 2 second spots of iconic places in Ann Arbor and a dull romance. The only highlight was Ralph Williams who did a great job acting.

Meh submitted by crazypockets on July 15, 2013, 3:50pm I agree with other reviewers. It's fun to see all the local spots in this, but the story didn't grab me. I think it was just a little too cliche with not enough originality to it.

Not the greatest, but has Ann Arbor interest submitted by doctorfang on July 20, 2014, 9:00pm Glimpses of Ann Arbor locations make this a fun watch, but the story itself is mediocre.

Needed a better writer submitted by wendylv on July 8, 2016, 11:16am I agree with many of the other reviewers. This movie has potential but the plot and characters are a little weak. The Ann Arbor locations are fun to spot.
