Hilarious, if you've read the book submitted by stoutr on July 21, 2014, 6:18pm I watched this movie right after finishing the book that it's based on, and it was hilarious. It's not so much a standard retelling of the book as it is a play on the main themes and jokes of the book. To me anyway, it felt like an inside joke. If you know what it's about (from reading the book), it's hilarious, but if not, my impression was that it would be more confusing and dumb than funny.

Worthless BS. WHy read THIS book? Life is short, read the CLASSICS instead. COme on, grow a brain, BBC! submitted by Tassos on December 28, 2019, 9:09am BBC has wasted MILLIONS of $ to make this worthless POS. It figures. When you spend OTHER People's $, you don't care, and you waste it.

Look at all the other worthless, stupidifying garbage from the BBC: Downton Abbey? Midwife? GIve me a break. And our incompetent, USELESS PBS buys ALL of these trash shows instead of hiring TALENT and developing GOOD Ones of its OWN. It only knows to ask for $ all the time, and has NOTHING to show for all these contributions.

Definitely read the book submitted by valentina on November 21, 2021, 10:34pm And you can skip this movie.
