The Lion King submitted by SBNB on July 10, 2012, 7:24pm The Lion King is a classic Disney movie. If you haven't seen it, you should. It was always a favorite with other kids when I was young.

Great! submitted by alumeng.ajl on July 23, 2012, 2:40pm This is a great movie. I've watched it over and over again and it still hasn't lost it's magic.

Still my favorite. submitted by jennifer-ricks on July 23, 2012, 4:20pm The Lion King was my favorite as a young child. And even though I am now grown and have children of my own, it is still one of my all time favorite movies.

Good Movie submitted by jarroyo on June 17, 2013, 1:08am I love this movie although it is sad. It's a movie that both children and adults can enjoy.

Great movie! submitted by Ilyjtwya on June 17, 2013, 5:23am I remember seeing this as a child, it was the first time a movie made me cry, and its one of my favorites.

It has a variety of themes (destiny, choice, jealousy, betrayal, loss, friendship, love, growing up and probably a few more), beautiful animation of the characters and landscape, and some very memorable songs.

This movie never gets old submitted by rmhawkins on August 28, 2013, 6:12am Even as a young child, this movie was an instant favorite. When I have watched it again as an adult, I felt I had a similar fondness for the story and characters as I did in my youth.

Favorite submitted by Kaydence paige on August 16, 2014, 7:31pm My favorite movie! Would love to see this on broadway!

Lion King submitted by peterflorence on June 29, 2016, 2:23pm Amazing movie. The best animated movie by disney I've seen yet. A total classic.

The Lion King submitted by KarleneKulp on June 30, 2016, 3:43pm The Lion King is a fantastic movie and I shouldn't have to tell you that. Everyone should see this movie over 3-ish years of age. There is one scary scene in the movie that isn't suitable for young young children, but you need to watch this, if you already have, watch it again. And again. AND AGAIN.

A great movie for Kids submitted by onyi on July 11, 2016, 9:35am My Kids love this movie and will watch it over and over again. Great family movie too!

Family movie submitted by purchasingqueen on August 31, 2016, 10:30pm Great movie for the whole family.

Still a Favorite submitted by Meginator on August 15, 2017, 5:56pm This film is beautiful and it's a classic for a reason; its animation, story, characters, music, and other elements come together to weave an enchanting tale. Based on Hamlet, the story is straightforward enough that younger viewers can follow along but rich enough in its details that older viewers may get more out of it as well. The Lion King is, simply, one of the best films that Disney has ever produced.

Family submitted by jw on August 11, 2018, 1:59pm This is a great movie for everybody

The best movie ever! submitted by shanbao on July 27, 2019, 10:58am Tells you about Simbas long journey to defeat Scar.

Such a good flick submitted by gem on August 10, 2019, 12:41pm The Lion King, a wonderful, fun, family movie that elicits so many emotions out of you that you will be alternately laughing off the couch and soon after reaching for the Kleenex. There are a few scary scenes that might not be appropriate for the littlest ones. I am thinking of the hyena scenes.
