Jai is a proper man and Rishi is a temperamental guy whose is prone to bad habits. Jai and Rishi are introduced to Anu, a prim and systematic girl. Anu must choose between Jai and Rishi. Meanwhile, Rajesh and Radhika are inseparable friends staying in Dallas. Radhika is in love with Rajesh and he thinks that it's just a gesture of deep friendship. Varun, an Americanized youngster, enters their lives. Who will end up with Radhika?
