Have some young friends who told me about this form of nusic submitted by ccrose on August 27, 2019, 7:41pm Students brought music scores of top video games. It has a quality that leans a bit toward classical but the electronic instruments and recording equipment makes it a separate genre. It definitely has qualities that are meant to go with movement. It’s good to know this kind of composition opens up more opportunities for composers.. this would be equivalent to soundtrack music written to accent scenes in a movie.
