A Summery Christmas Album submitted by Meginator on June 25, 2020, 4:26pm Colbie Caillat’s image is tied to the sunny beaches of Southern California, but she uses that to her advantage on this Christmas album, which blends her signature upbeat singer-songwriter vibe with traditional holiday tunes. The covers generally suit her style and mesh well with the few originals, of which the excellent “Mistletoe” features Caillat at her best,. This has a somewhat different feeling to it than most holiday records, and it works very well.
