Always consider balance in points of view and the previous reviewer offers up a review which is about as long (reading time) as the movie. Nonetheless another website http://engine2diet.com/ by Rip Esselstyn, son of one the two main persons of the movie offers up an interesting purge of kitchen pantry and 28 day challenge for eating.
