Hear It from Afar submitted by Meginator on June 20, 2017, 9:32pm This is a really interesting CD, as I'm so accustomed to hearing the carillons in person, usually as background music during class, during work, or when passing through the Diag. The recorded element gives the instruments another dimension and the performers' talent is obvious as they wrangle such a large and complex instrument. The variety of music on this CD is impressive, and it closes with the quintessential piece: The Victors!
