Amazing Film submitted by APluss on July 24, 2023, 7:58am I watched this for the first time in a film class about 20 years ago. It was the first time I really understood the fuss about Elizabeth Taylor. She and Montgomery Cliff are just fantastic. Kathrine Hepburn is at her usual level of greatness too. The story is dark and strange. My favorite Tennessee Williams play brought to life in a perfect way.
