COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Feisty, Fun, and Full of Heart submitted by hduke on June 22, 2019, 12:23pm Grandma Dowel is feisty, fun, and full of heart - larger than life in these enjoyable stories set during the Great Depression. This book is well worth a listen.

Fun stories of life in the 1930s submitted by 21621031390949 on July 14, 2023, 12:15pm For middle grade kids and older folks who enjoy reading about the last century, this is a fun book in the spirit of Tom Sawyer. Innocent and light-hearted, a nice diversion. I listened to the recorded book, which is read very well.
