Full of Surprises submitted by Meginator on June 22, 2023, 2:19pm This remix album offers a surprise around every corner, encompassing everything from vague electronic soundscapes to soul music. The eclecticism means that the album doesn’t have a single thematic through-line or consistent style, but thrives instead on presenting the unexpected and twisting it slightly into something new. Not every track is a complete success, but the album offers plenty of interesting moments and I generally enjoyed it.
