Emma submitted by SBNB on July 29, 2014, 12:10pm This is an alternate recording of Jane Austen's Emma. It's a good book.

Brilliant Interleaving of Romance and Moral Education submitted by sVfGI7Glt2pz7GZgVB90 on August 17, 2019, 11:27am The elegant story of the imperfect protagonist of Emma, a young woman used to dictating over the small social world of the hamlet of Highbury. And people fail to act as she hopes and ordains. She also fails to interpret, until it is almost very late, the character of her own feelings for Mr. Knightley, her prudent neighbor who operates all through as Emma's only critic.
