Surprise submitted by jaegerla on August 24, 2011, 8:13am Whodathunk that a project by Norah Jones and Jack White would be so good? I didn't, but I love the western sound of the whole cd. Good stuff!

New Old West submitted by Meginator on August 10, 2018, 12:27pm This feels like a concept album, with plenty of common musical themes that often evoke the Old West, at least in the ways that it's been musically depicted in film. The instrumental and vocal tracks work well together, though it's hard to disguise Jack White's very distinctive voice and it pops often out against the background (for better or worse; YMMV). If Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi were aiming for a tribute, of sorts, to spaghetti westerns, they certainly hit the mark.
