good movie submitted by Jackie77 on August 16, 2015, 8:59pm Strange movie. The plot and concept was fascinating though. This man is a huge con artist. Funny and shocking that he got away with so much...must have been quite a few law enforcement officials aho were disciplined over his shenanigans.
