Indie Rock with a Punk Attitude submitted by Meginator on July 12, 2020, 5:35pm This album feels like indie rock with a pop-punk attitude, and the combination works out pretty well. Aside from the punchy opening track, none of these songs are particularly memorable, but they get the job done well enough in the moment. The band does just enough to break free of the genres’ clichés to craft their own sound, and it’s perfectly satisfying even if it isn’t especially electrifying.
