It's a nail biter submitted by kencza on August 12, 2020, 10:39pm The web of suspicion swirls around Cary Grant and for good reason in this noir about the meeting and marriage of a shy heiress and a gambler/charmer. She eventually starts to suspect he is trying to kill her and that's when the terror begins. Joan Fontaine won an Oscar in this one and Grant was portrayed as a cad for one of the few times in his film career.
