Devil fruits are power fruits that allow the consumer of that particular fruit to have some sort of special power. The gum gum powers allow Luffy to stretch at will like a rubber band and items like bullets can't hurt him. Set out with him as he gathers the perfect crew and sets out to become the pirate king
