Awesome submitted by mysterio on June 19, 2011, 11:55am Awesome

Cartoons Were Better submitted by tree64 on August 1, 2011, 1:39am The movie was terrible. The actors were not good, and there was not much action, though the trailers made you believe that there was a lot. I would not waste my time watching this movie if I were you. Watch the cartoons instead. They were a lot better.

Worst.movie.ever. submitted by northeorg on August 17, 2011, 4:32pm The Cartoons were WAY better.

Awful submitted by haanhl on August 20, 2011, 4:15pm This movie was awful compared to the cartoons. The characters were nothing like the cartoons.

Not Worth The Time submitted by SBNB on June 16, 2012, 6:24pm I watched the movie before I had even heard of the TV series, Avatar: The Last Airbender. Even without knowing how good the TV series was, I could tell that this movie was awful. It felt like there was the potential for a great story, but the acting was just so unbelievably bad (especially the kid who plays Aang) and the movie was simply not entertaining. Bottom line: if you want a good story, watch the cartoon TV series. If you want to see bad acting, go ahead and watch this movie.

good movie submitted by honordenver on June 23, 2012, 2:35pm good movie i thought it could've been better

Iffy submitted by khaddrill on July 7, 2012, 8:20pm It was okay, but not nearly as good as the cartoon TV series.

Don't Watch It submitted by DBJC on July 8, 2012, 9:20pm It's seriously not worth your time. If you're interested in the story, watch the TV series. All three seasons. They are GREAT. This movie does not even come close to the greatness of the story. I even heard that M. Night received numerous "Razzie" awards for this movie (it's the opposite of the Oscars where people award the worst movies, actors, etc.) all of which he deserved for this one. This film is nowhere near his success "The Sixth Sense". Nowhere near. The only good thing that I have about it is that the music is great. Pick up the soundtrack, but don't pick up this movie!

Good submitted by Memoria1224 on July 31, 2012, 8:02pm This is a good movie. I would recommend the cartoons because they're better. It doesn't have as much action and suspense as the cartoons.

Not even entertaining in its terribleness submitted by wampishing on June 26, 2013, 11:29am Even without the controversy surrounding the casting choices for this adaption of the excellent carton series, this movie is a colossal mistake. Poorly written, bad acting, and really boringly choreographed fight scenes - it's really a shame they bungled the source material so very badly.

I loved it in all ways! submitted by hjaworsk on June 26, 2013, 8:21pm It was sweet then sour.
Then it was back to sweet!

(I don't see why people dont love it as moch as I do!)

Don't waste your time on cruddy movies! submitted by catgirl12 on August 8, 2015, 4:49pm this movie is terrible.

Plan 9 for zoomers submitted by mr_hunchback on August 9, 2020, 10:28pm My seven and ten year old love watching this turdball because they and their friends can endlessly make fun of it's many shockingly bad choices and amateurish special effects. I suspect in the future, their generation will nominate it MST4000 material. I like it because it inspires in them a critical sense with which to judge the coming barrels of garbage 21st century Hollywood filmmaking intends to feed them. Cringe.
