I Struggled with the Science But Loved the Inadvertent Nostalgia submitted by Meginator on August 11, 2021, 4:39pm I’m not going to lie, I struggled a little with the science in this one even though the target audience is...slightly younger than I am. As with the other brief episodes in this series, this program takes a deep dive into a scientific concept (in this case, electricity) and uses examples from Disney Parks attractions to illustrate the relevant principles. The approach is a bit frenetic, but should keep younger viewers engaged while presenting an accessible gateway into the science of electricity. As always with these dvds, much of the fun for older viewers lies in revisiting departed attractions: the most notable here are the SpectroMagic parade (RIP) and the original (and FAR superior) version of Test Track (also RIP; I hilariously happened to be wearing a very old Test Track shirt while watching this).
