Bonobo's Black Sands submitted by DBJC on June 14, 2013, 9:58am As a lover of electronic music, I wasn't new to Bonobo. But, this happened to be the first CD that I completely listened to and I don't regret getting it. I love the fuses of the woodwind and brass instruments and electronic elements, especially the smooth clarinet in the track "Black Sands." There are three tracks that aren't instrumental but they are just as good as the other tracks on the CD. My personal favorites are "El Toro," "All in forms," and "Black Sands," but the entire album is great to listen to as a whole. Did I mention that this is also good driving music? It's chill, smooth and perfect for driving with the top down. If you have a convertable, that is. If not, you can just drive with sunglasses and driving gloves. I don't know why this is in pop, but okay.
