Mitsuha and Taki are two total strangers living completely different lives. But when Mitsuha makes a wish to leave her mountain town for the bustling city of Tokyo, they become connected in a bizarre way. She dreams she is a boy living in Tokyo while Taki dreams he is a girl from a rural town he's never been to. What does their newfound connection mean? And how will it bring them together?

Your Name submitted by avrogers1 on July 3, 2018, 3:39pm This is a fantastic movie! The animation is stunning and the story is really neat. It had great characters and it really caught me attention. It probably took me a little bit longer than it should have to catch onto what was happening at first, but once I did it was very easy to follow. I found myself completely wrapped up in the characters. The end really threw me for a loop, I wasn't expecting it and it definitely wasn't predictable. After watching this I was inclined to check out some more Anime Movies.

It completely immerses you, and at the end you find yourself wanting more. Highly recommended if you enjoy an emotional stroy, as this is extremely bitter-sweet.
