Moody Atmospherics and Espionage: Awesome submitted by Meginator on June 22, 2018, 6:22pm This is a particularly atmospheric film, a successful combination of espionage and action wrapped up in the tumultuous final days of the Berlin Wall. It’s refreshing to see a female lead in a role like this, and the supporting cast is equally good. This film has more depth than most in the genre, taking time to flesh out its characters and tell a story with twists and turns that feel natural given the environment. This film is well made from concept to execution and I’ll definitely want to watch it again when I’m in a certain mood.

Unwatchable submitted by -alex- on July 19, 2018, 12:34pm Set in 1980's Berlin, this film follows an 'undercover' spy as she tries to unravel a deadly mystery.... mainly by killing a bunch of people.

The main characters are always dressed in very flashy, generally expensive looking western clothing, trying to blend in on the streets of drab, run down communist East Berlin. Either they're totally confused about what 'undercover' means, or they're just really profoundly bad at their jobs. But whatevs.

Misogyny expressed onto a tough woman submitted by Michael Flynn on April 3, 2021, 5:52pm Tough spy is punched and bashed and she fights back hard and kills lots of people on the opposing side. Not a feel good movie. No redemption no moral no point, just assassins fighting with improvised weapons and guns and choreographed killing as she collects progressively more severe bruises. yuk!
