A tad overrated submitted by McCartney McCoy on July 28, 2015, 8:41am Don't get me wrong: I LOVE the Beatles. These compilation albums annoy me a bit, though. If you think you're only ever going to have a casual interest in the Beatles, or feel a need to at least own one CD by them, get "1". If you know you like them more, get some of their original albums - the boys put a lot of thought into ordering those tracks and making them sound good together as an album, not like the music of the "mix and match" era of iTunes that we live in today.

packed full of hits submitted by tisaallen on June 15, 2022, 10:20am This contains all the big early songs by the Beatles when their albums weren't really cohesive pieces yet. It's pretty homogenous and I can't really enjoy any of these songs anymore. The last few tracks show them transitioning into their more eclectic and artistic era.
