Tongue in Cheek submitted by Meginator on August 4, 2017, 10:35pm When you listen to Animal in its entirety it seems more like a tongue-in-cheek send-up out rabid party culture than a celebration thereof, which is to say I loved the album. Serious or sarcastic, Ke$ha nails the genre with the lyrics, and the music is surprisingly forward thinking (for its era) as well. This album is tons of fun and I always get a kick out of it.
