Easy & Energizing submitted by katiewhitney on February 18, 2011, 8:57am This is a series of 5 10-minute workouts that can be done in any order (or just 1 or 2 at a time--which was perfect for me in 2nd trimester). It definitely got my heart rate up, but I didn't feel like any of it was too hard. You have to have small hand weights (1-3 lbs) for several of the workouts.
